Dan Pastori has worked in the software development field since 2011. Dan began their career as a Co-Founder and Software Developer at 521 Dimensions, where they were responsible for full stack development, from the database layer to UI/UX. Dan then worked as a Web Developer at PANGEA Studios, where they used Google Maps and ESRI Arc Server to develop GIS enabled applications, and wrote a PHP object to work with ESRI BAO API. In 2010, they worked as a Web Developer at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where they developed web applications to simplify the student housing assignment process, optimized large databases, and created a student web portal and a campus wide printer monitoring web and mobile application. In 2007, they worked as a School District Technology Intern at Wisconsin Rapids Public Schools, where they collected and organized data to build the district website, maintained and updated the website, and trained administrators and teachers on using the district website.

Dan Pastori obtained a Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 2010 and 2012. Dan also holds a Certified Laravel Developer certification from Laravel, which they obtained in November 2019.
