Daniel Ross

Daniel Ross is a co-founder and software developer at Stocksy United, an artist-owned stock photography co-operative established in March 2012, where responsibilities include selecting technologies and building core application architecture. Ross also served as a board member for three years, contributing to the selection of an executive officer and the setting of organizational goals. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Special Projects at Getty Images, leading a development team for the LIFE.com website and mobile applications, and working in various software development roles at Evolvs Media Inc., iStockphoto, Webcore Labs, and as a hardware engineer at Novatel Wireless. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta and has studied at the Calgary Japanese Language School.
