Nate Pattee

Nate Pattee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of 52TEN since June 2016, Nate has demonstrated leadership and innovation in managing the company. Additionally, Nate serves as a member and advocate for the Entrepreneur Organization since January 2021. Prior roles include Portfolio Asset Manager and Multifamily Acquisitions Manager at Bakerson, along with significant tenure at ParaCore as Principal, Marcus & Millichap as Commercial Real Estate Advisor, and The Weitz Company as Commercial Construction Project Manager. Nate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, earned in 2001.
