Francisco de Lancastre David

Francisco de Lancastre David, CCM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in golf and leisure operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations at 54 since November 2023. Prior to this role, Francisco was the General Manager of Golf and Leisure Operations at Finca Cortesín from August 2021 to November 2023. Francisco’s career includes various leadership positions with Troon from January 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities spanned multiple golf clubs in Abu Dhabi. Earlier roles included Director of Golf at both Finca Cortesín and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, with a strong foundation in operations and marketing management from positions held at Monte Rei Golf & Country Club and Global Golf Company. Francisco holds an education background featuring degrees from Cornell University, Universidade do Algarve, Universidad Europea, and a Bachelor's degree from Universidade do Algarve.
