Oyedeji Oluwaseun (MBA) has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics operations. Oyedeji currently holds the position of Head, Supply Chain and Logistics Operations - Pan Africa at 54gene since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Country Director - Nigeria since November 2020 and as the Senior Director - Supply Chain and Logistics Operations from June 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining 54gene, Oyedeji worked at Swiss Pharma Nigeria from February 2018 to May 2020, where they initially served as the Supply Chain Director and later took on the role of Head, Technical Operations. At Swiss Pharma Nigeria, they managed various aspects of the supply chain, including demand and supply planning, procurement and sourcing, import and clearance, customer management, and warehouse and distribution operations.

From August 2014 to January 2018, Oyedeji worked at GSK (GlaxoSmithKline plc) as the Head of Customer Services and Logistics for West Africa. Oyedeji was responsible for warehouse and inventory management, third-party service provider management, customer services intelligence, sales and operational planning, import and export management, and procurement and sourcing activities.

Prior to GSK, Oyedeji served as the Logistics Operations Manager at Honeywell Flour Mills Plc from July 2012 to March 2013. In this role, they coordinated material management operations, managed the distribution and customer service arm of the business, and developed strategic roadmaps aligned with the company's growth plan.

Oyedeji's career started at Nestle Nigeria Plc in June 2004, where they held the positions of Distribution and Customer Services Manager and SAP Implementation - Supply Chain Management. In these roles, they oversaw Nestle's material management operations, developed material management processes for SAP configuration, supported SAP master data configuration, and coordinated project management operations for SAP implementation.

Before joining Nestle, Oyedeji worked as a Procurement Specialist at XL Express & Logistics Limited from January 2003 to May 2004. Their responsibilities included negotiating bulk purchases for clients and participating in the selection process of suitable vendors.

In 1989 to 1995, they attended Federal Government College in Ogbomoso, Nigeria, where they obtained their Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE). Oyedeji then pursued a B.Sc in Business Administration and Management at the University of Ado-Ekiti in Nigeria from 1997 to 2001. Following this, Oyedeji undertook a Diploma in Integrated Business Processes SAP ERP (TERP 10) at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany for the year 2010. In the same year, they furthered their studies by completing an MBA degree in Logistics Management at Coventry University, contributing to their continuing education and professional development.
