Mieko Yamamoto

Mieko Yamamoto is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Technical Specialist and Senior Launch Specialist at 5&5 since July 2022. Prior roles include Brand Support Specialist and Implementation Specialist, where Mieko focused on enhancing quality assurance procedures and managing online ordering system implementations. Mieko has also contributed to Wheaton College as an Admissions Recruiter Assistant and Media Team Specialist, supporting recruitment efforts and promoting the college through digital media. Previous experiences at The Pub Magazine as Art Editor & Business Manager and Riso Kyoiku Co. Ltd. as an English Language Teacher have further developed Mieko's communication and organizational skills.
