Claude Dagescy

Claude Dagescy has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Claude currently holds the position of Global Head of Production at 5B, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager Supply at the same company from December 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining 5B, Claude worked at Haan Australia Pty Ltd (trading as IXL Solar) as the Chief Executive Officer from January 2019 to December 2021. During their tenure, they focused on growing the business and making it sustainable in the competitive Australian Solar Industry. Claude also held the position of General Manager at Haan Australia Pty Ltd from February 2013 to December 2018, overseeing the profitable growth of the company and reporting directly to the Board.

Claude also has experience working at Amcor Closure Systems as an Integration Manager in 2010, and at Alcan Packaging Capsules of Australia Pty Ltd as the General Manager from October 2005 to May 2010. Prior to that, they served as the Plant General Manager at Alcan Packaging / Pechiney from April 2001 to October 2005.

Starting their career at Valeo Engine Cooling in 1990, Claude held various roles including Autonomus Production Unit Manager and New Products Engineer. Claude successfully led the industrialization of a new generation of condensers and played a key role in starting the mass production.
