Rajendra Shrivastav

Rajendra Shrivastav is a seasoned leader in the energy sector with extensive experience in renewable energy and nuclear power. Currently serving as Country Leader for 5B India since July 2023, Rajendra is focused on local manufacturing of solar products. Previously, as President of AES India from July 2016 to July 2023, Rajendra managed the company's interests and represented AES Corporation on multiple boards, overseeing significant projects such as a 10 MW battery storage system in Delhi. Prior roles include Managing Director at Alstom Power, CEO at TES LLC, and Country Director for EDF in India. Rajendra holds an M Tech in Nuclear Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
