Shih W. has extensive experience in operations management and player support, currently serving as Operations Manager at 5CA since August 2019, where previous roles included Player Support Team Leader and Senior Player Support Specialist. Prior to joining 5CA, Shih W. held multiple positions at Hummingbird International Trading from April 2014 to November 2018, including Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Operations Specialist.
