Peter Ferak

Peter Ferak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Sports at 5G Systems since January 2019, Peter previously held the role of Teamlead Webshop at XXXLdigital, managing the development of a high-traffic e-commerce platform. Peter has a strong background in Agile methodologies, having worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at bwin.party digital entertainment, where contributions included coaching teams and enhancing Agile practices. Previous roles also encompass development and maintenance of engineering projects at MS EDV Consulting and BEA Electrics, alongside initial experience in image recognition algorithms at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Missouri Valley College and has completed a summer internship at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
