Jon Allen

Jon Allen is a seasoned commercial leader with extensive experience in digital sales and marketing strategies, currently serving as the Commercial Director at Graide since June 2020. At Graide, a VC-backed EdTech scale-up, Jon is responsible for shaping commercial and marketing approaches to support ambitious growth plans. In addition to this role, Jon is a Director at White Whales, a digital sales support agency for B2B SMEs. Previous experience includes various consultancy positions focusing on digital sales strategy across multiple organizations, co-founding Enploy Ltd, and overseeing the wholesale sales launch for Lyle & Scott's sportswear division. Jon also founded Front Up Rugby, successfully transforming it into a recognized High Street brand. Educational background includes a BA Hons in Geography from Durham University.
