Meghan Curran has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career. Meghan is currently serving as the Interim Director of Operations at 60 Decibels, where they manage research operations and oversees the People Operations team. Prior to this, Meghan worked as an Operations Consultant at McCourt Global's Project Liberty.

From 2013 to 2022, Meghan held multiple roles at Acumen, including West Africa Director, Head of Talent, and Senior Talent Associate. In these positions, they led Acumen's work investing in social enterprises, managed strategy and operations in the West Africa region, and played a key role in talent acquisition and management.

Meghan Curran obtained their BA degree in Political Science and Public Communication from American University in the years 2002 to 2006. In the year 2004, they started their studies in Latin American Politics and Communication at Universidad Diego Portales. Meghan went on to pursue an MBA with a focus on Global Leadership and Management as well as Finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in 2010 they participated in the StartingBloc program, specializing in Social Innovation.
