Balu M is an experienced professional with a background in lab management, operations, regulatory compliance, and production engineering. Currently serving as Team Lead at UST since July 2021, Balu M is responsible for lab management, safety, and operations within a team of 30, ensuring infrastructure maintenance and compliance with audits. Prior roles include Associate III at UST, Regulatory & Compliance Specialist at Delhivery, and Production & Store Engineer at Flex, along with significant tenure at Dell Technologies as Production & Warehouse Sr. Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. Balu M holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Madurai Kamraj University, completed in 2013.
