Devdarshi Tiwari

Devdarshi Tiwari is an experienced engineering manager currently overseeing the Product Support function at UST, leading a team of over 100 support staff since March 2023, and successfully facilitating a transition program within the healthcare domain. Prior to UST, Devdarshi served as a Technical Support Manager at Druva, where expertise was applied in supporting innovative SaaS solutions. As a co-founder and director of a startup focusing on global health and education, Devdarshi also held various technical leadership positions, including Group Head at Esri India, Delivery Head at TARASPAN, Service Delivery Manager at Veritas Technologies, and Technical Consultant at Wipro. Devdarshi holds a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from The University of Texas at Austin.
