Harish Bhavanasi

Harish Bhavanasi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process re-engineering, business intelligence, and global infrastructure services. Currently serving as Senior Director at UST Global since August 2006, Harish has successfully identified organizational inefficiencies and implemented industry methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to drive operational excellence across multiple functions, significantly enhancing both top line and bottom line results. Previous roles include Practice Director for Business Intelligence, where Harish managed practice revenue and delivered major projects for Fortune 100 clients, and Senior Director for Global Infrastructure Services, overseeing substantial CAPEX and OPEX budgets while focusing on strategy, risk mitigation, and IT security. Harish's career began in 1988 with roles at Cubic Corp and has included leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting, MW2 Consulting, and Cambridge Technology Partners. Harish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mysore.
