Milen Stoyanov

Milen Stoyanov is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in service delivery and management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations at UST since February 2022, previous roles include Senior Service Delivery Manager at Endava and Head of Managed Services at Adastra Bulgaria. Milen has a strong background in ensuring service quality and meeting SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction targets while leading teams of over 80 individuals. Proficient in process improvement, Milen has successfully led projects that generated significant financial benefits and maintained impeccable service standards at companies like Experian and Hewlett-Packard. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Executive Management in Telecommunications from New Bulgarian University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Varna, among other qualifications.
