Prafulla Char

Prafulla Char is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Group Manager I in Talent Acquisition at UST since February 2013, Prafulla has also held the position of Assistant Manager in the same field. Additionally, Prafulla has been involved in talent acquisition at Xpanxion since February 2013 and previously worked as a Senior Recruitment Executive at Survik Software Ltd. from June to November 2012. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Consultant at iQuest Consultants, focusing on IT recruitment and client handling. Academic qualifications include an MBS in Human Resources from the Prin. N. G. Naralkar Institute of Career Development & Research, a PGDBM in Human Resources from Poona Institute of Management & Sciences, and a BCOM in Commerce from Abeda Inamdar Senior College, all from the University of Pune.
