Brent Perez

Brent Perez is a seasoned venture partner at 645 Ventures since 2023, focusing on early-stage investments in software and software-enabled companies. With extensive experience as an investor and advisor for various startups since 2015, Brent has contributed to significant ventures including Airbyte, Causal, and PropelAuth, and has served as a limited partner for multiple capital firms. Previously, as co-founder and president of SafeGraph from 2016 to 2021, Brent led initiatives to provide data solutions for enterprises. Brent was also an investment scout at Lightspeed Venture Partners and part of the founding team at Siftery, which was acquired by G2. Earlier in their career, Brent held roles at LiveRamp, Anthos Capital, and Lehman Brothers in technology investment banking and growth equity. Brent holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
