Ashley Yue

Ashley Yue is an accomplished marketing and memberships manager currently with 67 Pall Mall, a prestigious private members’ club focused on fine wine. As the founder and CEO of Hong Kong Food Crawlers, Ashley has created a boutique food and cultural tour company that highlights local culinary stories. Previous experience includes managing Tatler Dining awards and events at Tatler Asia Group, overseeing content marketing at Petit Bazaar, and freelancing as a writer and host for Goldthread. Additional roles include digital marketing management at Domenica Fiore and Wunderkin Co., along with contributions as a translator for FANCL and an assistant at Eatwith. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Cultural Studies from McGill University and has acquired a strong background in storytelling and content creation in the food and lifestyle industries.
