Ksenia Busheva

Ksenia Busheva is a co-founder and currently holds the role of Co-Founder at asynchr since April 2021. Prior to this, they also co-founded 6nomads in January 2019, a company focused on helping tech companies hire full-time remote engineering talent. From April 2018 to September 2019, Busheva was a co-founder of improver.io. Ksenia started their career as a co-founder and CMO at icanchoose.ru in November 2014 and held this position until January 2019. At icanchoose.ru, they developed a HR-branding platform used by top companies to build and distribute their HR brand for millennials.

Ksenia Busheva began their education journey in 2010 when they enrolled at the Russian University of Humanities. Ksenia pursued a Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs and successfully completed their studies in 2015. In 2014, Ksenia briefly attended the Universität Trier, where they focused on Medienwissenschaft.
