Meghann Ambrose has extensive experience in customer success and account management roles. Meghann currently works at 6sense as a Principal Customer Success Manager, where they are responsible for leading enterprise-level customer success efforts. Prior to this, they worked at EVERFI as a Sr. Account Manager, where they managed a $2M portfolio of 60 enterprise and strategic accounts. Before that, Meghann worked at TrackMaven as a Sr. Account Manager/Team Lead, where they spearheaded the strategy and structure for a portfolio of high-profit accounts and also served as an Account Manager, ensuring overall satisfaction of a priority and top-tier client portfolio. Meghann also has experience at Meltwater as a Senior Account Consultant, managing a portfolio and consulting with communications executives, and at Vocus as a Marketing Account Executive, managing clients and helping grow product adoption.

Meghann Ambrose holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with an interest in new media and Print Journalism from Shepherd University. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Berkeley Springs High School. In addition to their formal education, Meghann has also obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in March 2017.
