Renee Tan

Renee Tan is currently the Vice President of Global Organizational Development at 6sense, focusing on creating inclusive people programs that enhance career development and promote a collaborative environment. With previous roles including Senior Director of Organizational Development and Director of People Development at Wind River, Renee has a strong background in transforming employee experiences through empathy and inclusivity. Serving as Global Director of Talent Management at Apttus, Renee developed frameworks to foster talent growth and engagement. Additional experience includes leadership in learning and development at Dentegra Group, R2D10, Vertafore, and Oracle, where Renee contributed to employee development and organizational transformation. Renee holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MA in International Business from San Francisco State University.
