Rhea Ghoshal has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Rhea most recently worked at 6sense as the Manager APAC Talent Experience, where they managed a team of 9 and implemented effective performance reviews and career development plans resulting in team members moving into management roles. Rhea also played a key role in the integration of business and talent teams after mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition and increased recruiting productivity. Rhea also launched the first University Recruiting program for 6sense and drove DE&I initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion metrics. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Talent Partner and Talent Partner for 6sense, where they focused on market mapping and candidate profiling and utilized social media platforms for hiring. Before joining 6sense, Rhea worked at SmartServ as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling onboarding processes and performance appraisals for new hires. Rhea also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ID Medical, where they developed relationships with doctors and maximized revenue-generating activities. Rhea's earlier work experience includes positions as a Recruiter at iPlace USA and as a Human Resources Intern at CBRE. Rhea started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Jharkhand Public School in India.

Rhea Ghoshal began their education at The Bishop's School in Ranchi, Jharkhand, where they completed their primary education from 1997 to 2005. Rhea then attended Oxford Public School in Ranchi, Jharkhand, from 2005 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. Rhea Ghoshal pursued their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 2011 to 2014. Later, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development from 2015 to 2017.
