Karen started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant, where they conducted audits for healthcare, financial service, and manufacturing clients. Karen also supervised and mentored staff accountants during their time there. After that, they joined Packer Thomas as an Audit Manager, where they planned, coordinated, and performed audits for financial services and not-for-profit clients. Karen also prepared tax returns and analyzed financial statements.
Following their tenure at Packer Thomas, Karen joined ValleyCare Health System of Ohio.
