Drew Ritger possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Franchising at 7 Brew Coffee. Prior to this, Drew held the position of Chief Executive Officer at ZIPS Franchising LLC and served as Senior Vice President of Business Planning & Analysis, Development, Purchasing, and Supply Chain at Sonic Drive-In. Additional leadership roles include Vice President of Purchasing and Manufacturing at Hardee's Food Systems/Fast Food Merchandisers and Director of Logistics at HJ Heinz. Drew's educational background includes an Advanced Management Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University.
