Nicole Sleeman

Nicole Sleeman has a diverse work history, primarily with 7-Eleven Australia. From 2018 to the present, they have been the Chapter Lead - Product Merchandising - Visual Design & Experience, overseeing the development and design of store merchandising displays and standards, as well as managing the State based merchandising teams. Nicole collaborates with Category Management and Merchandising and Operations to meet in-store needs and uphold standards.

Prior to this, Nicole held various roles at 7-Eleven Australia. From 2011 to 2018, they were the Store Merchandising Manager, responsible for managing store merchandising. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Merchandising Projects Manager, overseeing merchandising projects. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as the Business Initiatives Manager, and from 2006 to 2008, they were the State Merchandising Manager.

Before joining 7-Eleven Australia, Nicole worked at Shaver Shop as the New Store and System Support Manager from 2002 to 2006.

Nicole Sleeman obtained a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Ballarat in 2008. Nicole also has additional certifications in areas such as assertiveness, design thinking, effective speaking, and negotiation skills.
