Alexandra Delannoy

Alexandra Delannoy is a seasoned professional in product development with extensive experience in the foodservice and beverage industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Development for Restaurant Platforms and Core Foodservice at 7-Eleven since January 2020, Alexandra leads a team focusing on innovative product offerings for various food brands. Previous roles include Senior Product Development Manager at 7-Eleven, where responsibility included exclusive product development for hot food programs, and Scientist II at Dean Foods, specializing in beverage and ice cream formulations. Earlier experience also includes product innovation at Restaurant Brands International for Burger King and research and development at Butterball Farms. Alexandra holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Nutritional Science from Michigan State University.
