Doug Melton

Doug Melton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global R&D/Supply Chain for Procter & Gamble, Doug is focused on breakthrough product innovation and industrialization acceleration. Previous roles at Procter & Gamble include various senior director positions in global packaging and innovation management for diapers, alongside a tenure as Chief Operating Officer at The Fischer Group. Doug's career began as a Co-Op Engineer at Lafarge, with a foundational education in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, where Doug earned a bachelor's degree.
