Jaimin Pandya

Jaimin Pandya has extensive experience in the retail and franchise sectors, currently serving as a Multi Unit Franchisee and a member of the National Business Leadership Council at 7-Eleven since October 2007. In this role, Jaimin oversees store operations, develops sales plans, and ensures optimal guest service while mentoring store teams. Jaimin also holds the position of President at the Franchise Owners Association of Chicagoland, advocating for over 300 franchisees and contributing to their success. Prior experience includes roles at T-Mobile, University of Illinois Chicago as a Marketing Research Assistant, and Darden Restaurants, complementing a solid educational background with an MBA in Marketing & Management and a BBA in Management & Marketing.
