Jessica Dolphin

Jessica Dolphin is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Sr. HR Leader of Canada at 7-Eleven Canada since April 2024, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Leader of Canada. Jessica has experience in various HR roles at 7-Eleven since March 2020, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Educationally, Jessica has enhanced HR competencies through training at the Academy to Innovate HR and has a background in Foundations of Coaching and Clinical Psychology from MASLOW Research Center. Additionally, Jessica has attended Bow Valley College, Mount Royal University, and the University of Fredericton.
