Richard Lin

Richard Lin is an experienced professional currently serving as a Shift Lead at 7 Leaves Cafe since August 2023. Previously, Richard worked as a Residential Academic Peer Mentor at the University of California, Davis, from September 2022 to June 2023, where effective marketing strategies led to a 50% increase in student turnout for events and valuable mentorship was provided to new college students. Richard also completed a student internship at APAPA, focusing on research and advocacy related to Asian American issues, and prior to that held various customer service roles in multiple retail environments. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and has participated in a COOP Careers Fellowship.
