Kai Falkenberg is a board member at 70 Faces Media. Kai was previously the First Deputy Commissioner/Acting Commissioner of the NYC Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment from January 2016 to December 2018.

Falkenberg guided the Agency's launch of projects ranging from One Book, One New York, the country's largest community read program, to Broadway in the Boroughs, a program that brings current Broadway musicals to the outer boroughs. Falkenberg negotiated the deal to bring the Grammy awards back to NYC after 15 years and created the Freelancers' Hub, a first-of-its kind center providing free resources for independent workers. Kai is responsible for expanding the Agency's role into emerging industries like podcasting and virtual reality and spearheading a number of City initiatives focused on supporting local journalism and ethnic media in New York City.

Kai Falkenberg received a JD from Columbia University School of Law and a BA in Government, French from Dartmouth College. Kai also attended Horace Greeley High School.
