Kinsley Ham has a solid background in business development and growth, with a focus on building partnerships with various brands. Kinsley started their career as a Business Development Executive at DeVine Reps, managing a roster of production companies and driving new business growth. Kinsley then moved on to Zambezi, LLC, where they served as a Senior Business Development Manager, leading efforts across multiple divisions and forging partnerships with brands such as Disney+, Google Fiber, and Staples. Kinsley also worked at Sid Lee as Director of Growth & Innovation, where they supported partnerships with brands including Depop and The Pokémon Company International. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Director at 72andSunny. Additionally, Kinsley co-founded Vellair, LLC Corporate Housing, a start-up in the corporate housing sector.
