Hemant S Gautam

Hemant S Gautam has extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and vendor management. Hemant currently holds the position of Head of Supply Chain Management at 75F, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BAE Systems from 2019 to 2023 as a Manager Procurement, where they played a key role in establishing the Indian supply chain and supporting offset proposals for the Indian Ministry of Defence.

From 2015 to 2019, Hemant worked at Cisco as a Global Sourcing Manager, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful product line introductions. Before that, they were a Global Commodity Manager at Schneider Electric from 2013 to 2015, responsible for evaluating purchasing costs and executing value analysis.

Hemant's earlier work experience includes roles at Thales as a Buyer from 2011 to 2012, at Accenture as a Level E from 2010 to 2011, at Tech Mahindra as a Senior Engineer from 2009 to 2010, and at HCL Technologies as a Senior Engineer from 2005 to 2009. Throughout these positions, they demonstrated expertise in project management, vendor management, and solution implementation.

Hemant S Gautam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Hemant completed this degree between 2001 and 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from CentraleSupélec, which they completed from 2011 to 2012.
