Marie-Eve Lambert started their work experience in 2010 as a Quality Manager at Elior. Marie-Eve then became a Marketing Manager at Elior in November 2011, responsible for the catering offer in the French and German Center Parcs. Marie-Eve also had four operational coordinators under their management and handled sales operations with the main suppliers. After leaving Elior in September 2014, Marie-Eve Lambert joined Savencia Foodservice as a Key Account Manager - User, where they managed a customer portfolio worth 12 million euros. Marie-Eve was responsible for creating sales plans based on the SFS strategy and referencing innovations and well-known brands. In October 2017, they became a Key Account Manager - Wholesaler at Savencia Foodservice, managing a customer portfolio worth 40 million euros. Marie-Eve'sresponsibilities included national negotiation with the main French wholesalers in the foodservice and retail industries, as well as top line, volumes, and margin management. In 2023, Marie-Eve Lambert joined LA VIE™ as the Head of Sales Food Service, with their current role ongoing.
Marie-Eve Lambert obtained their Baccalauréat ES degree in General Studies from Lycée Fabert between 2001 and 2004. Marie-Eve then pursued their education at Lycée Jean XXIII from 2004 to 2006, where they received a Classe Préparatoire HEC degree in Economics. Finally, they attended NEOMA Business School from 2006 to 2010, earning a Master's degree in Marketing.
