The Research and Development team at LA VIE™ focuses on innovating and improving 100% vegetable edible fats and developing diverse vegetable-based meats. This team combines expertise in food engineering and application engineering to create and refine products, while the Innovation Project Manager oversees and coordinates project initiatives to ensure the successful launch of new offerings.
