Christopher O’Reilly joined 777 Partners in 2018 as general counsel of a subsidiary portfolio company and currently serves as Senior Counsel at 777 Partners. Previously, he served as general counsel and corporate secretary of a NYSE listed finance company. In addition to being a seasoned in-house counsel, Chris was a senior associate at White & Case LLP, in Miami, and an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, in New York. He offers extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, real estate transactions, contract negotiations, corporate governance, compliance, risk/crisis management, employment law, financial transactions, regulatory issues, ethics and corporate legal operations. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Chris served as an officer in the United States Navy. Chris has a B.A. from Duke University, a J.D. from Rutgers University, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
