Ronald Kapelle

Ronald Kapelle serves as the General Counsel at Neptune Software since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ronald was the General Counsel and Compliance Manager for Europe at Americold Logistics, LLC., where responsibilities also included serving as Interim General Counsel and Compliance Officer for Europe. Ronald's experience encompasses roles such as Interim General Counsel at CyberSOC Africa, Associate General Counsel EMEA/APAC at Commvault, Regional Legal Counsel at EMC, and Director of Legal Counsel at Data Domain, among others. Ronald began a legal career at Damste Advocaten as an advocaat and has held various legal positions in notable companies including NetApp and Avaya. Ronald holds a law degree in Business/International law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed further studies at Grotius Academie.
