Sanam Maknojia

Sanam Maknojia is an experienced software developer and research engineer with a strong background in medical imaging and data analysis. Currently at 7D Surgical since September 2019, Sanam focuses on software development. Prior experience includes a role as a research engineer/physicist at Sunnybrook Research Institute, where Sanam developed data analysis pipelines, deep learning methods for MRI motion correction, and conducted research on fMRI data processing. Education includes a Master of Health Science in Clinical Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Systems Engineering, both from the University of Toronto. Additional roles include graduate student researcher at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, clinical engineering intern at University Health Network, and analyst at University Health Network, where Sanam contributed to various projects involving data processing and testing in healthcare settings.
