Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith has worked in various roles since 2011. Matthew began their career at DISYS as a Recruiter in 2011. In 2012, Matthew became the Assistant General Manager at Title Boxing Club. In 2013, they were a Sales Development Representative at Sandler Training Atlanta, Mark McGraw. From 2014 to 2016, Matthew held the role of Director of Operations at Big Concepts. Matthew then joined 7 Mindsets in 2016, where they held the roles of SVP People & Culture, VP Marketing, and VP Operations. In this last role, Matthew was responsible for the implementation of 7 Mindsets Academy, a research-based program designed to improve academic performance, increase educator engagement, and transform school culture.

Matthew Smith began their educational career at Stephens County High School from 2002 to 2006. Matthew then attended Young Harris College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an A.A. in Business with a minor in Accounting. Finally, they attended The University of Georgia from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology.
