Chris Seifert

Chris Seifert has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Chris started their career as a Systems Administrator/Web Developer at CommunitySite, Inc., where they led web development projects and maintained the company network and intranet. From 2003 to 2015, they served as a Senior Web Developer at Bold Internet Solutions, leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, and defining business requirements.

In 2015, they joined Ariad Communications as the Director of Digital Development, where they hired and mentored developers, established development and operations practices, and transitioned the agency to agile methodologies. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Director at Rangle.io, managing a team of developers and solution architects and providing guidance in technical and leadership areas.

In 2020, Chris became the Vice President of Technology at Klick, where they were accountable for client satisfaction, project delivery, and resource planning. Chris scaled the tech team and overhauled internal and project team processes to support increased business needs. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering at 7shifts.

Additionally, Chris has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder/Developer of ComicBookDB.com, where they created and built a popular comic book database and managed a team of administrators. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, mentoring, and technical skills.

Chris Seifert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Saint John's University from 1995 to 1999.
