Dennis Woo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dennis currently holds the position of Vice President of Support and Implementation at 7shifts: Team Management for Restaurants. Previously, they worked at Wave HQ, where they served as the Senior Director of Customer Experience and later as the Director of Financial Services Operations. Before that, they worked at Capital One in various roles, including Head of Regulatory Operations, Head of Service Design and Customer Experience, Senior Manager of Process Excellence, and National Manager of Fraud Management and Underwriting. Dennis also worked at Accenture as an Engagement Manager, and at Monitor Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Operations. Earlier in their career, they had roles at Suncor, Hudson's Bay Company, University of Toronto, and the Ontario Science Centre. Throughout their career, Dennis has acquired expertise in customer experience, process engineering, strategic consulting, and team management.

Dennis Woo holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, with a focus on Strategy. Dennis also obtained a BASc in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Toronto. Prior to that, they attended St. Michael's Choir School for high school. In 2000, they participated in the Shad Valley program at Acadia University. Additionally, they have obtained a Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs in 2020.
