Paul Marshall

Paul Marshall serves as the Chief Operating Officer at 7shifts, starting in October 2023, and is the Founder & Principal of Marshall Advisory since November 2013, where involvement includes advising founders and private equity firms on growth strategies, recapitalization, talent evaluations, and business strategy refreshes. Previously, Paul held the COO position at Wave HQ from March 2017 to February 2023 and served as SVP Operations and Chief Financial Officer at Influitive from October 2015 to February 2017. Additional experience includes Vice President roles at Bentley Systems and Ivara Corporation, where Paul was also CEO, as well as finance positions at Open Text, THiiNC iMi, and Capital Environmental Resource Inc. Paul holds professional designations as CA, CMA, and CPA, with a focus on finance and accounting.
