Rachel Westelaken is an experienced professional with a diverse background in team management, customer support, and implementation roles within the restaurant and service industries. Currently serving as a Training & Quality Specialist at 7shifts since January 2020, Rachel has progressed through various positions including Solutions Consultant and Implementation Manager. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Impact Kitchen as General Manager and Assistant General Manager, as well as positions in sales and customer service at other establishments.
