Sara started their career at Randstad Canada as a Recruitment Consultant, where they achieved 100% market share for a key client and implemented client-specific testing and orientation for consistent candidate pipelines. Sara then moved on to become a Recruitment Process Manager, where they developed and managed talent attraction strategies for a portfolio of clients.

After Randstad, Sara joined TRG Staffing Solutions as a Senior Manager, Recruitment, where they managed recruitment strategy and implementation for high-volume clients and supervised the operational transition of TRG's Canadian business. Sara then became a Recruitment Manager, Talent Operations at WilsonHCG, where they helped organizations build modern workforce programs through recruitment process outsourcing, executive search, and talent consulting.

At Thinkific, Sara served as a Manager and later Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, leading the entire talent acquisition function and implementing various initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition process, increase hiring velocity, and improve the employer brand.
