Emma McCausland

Emma McCausland is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Founder at 7th Level since March 2025. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at Cardone Ventures from May 2023 to March 2025, including Sr. Project Manager and Project Manager, along with experience as a Senior Business Process Coordinator. From June 2019 to May 2023, Emma worked at Turning Point USA, where responsibilities included Director of Development Operations, Director of Development Administration, and Advancement Events Administrator. Emma graduated from Louisiana State University in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
