Managing Director of 80 dB Communications, a reputation management advisory firm. Abhilasha also worked as a Communications Manager at Google, where they focused on public affairs and communications in India. Prior to that, they were a Self-employed Brand and Communication consultant, helping startups and SMBs develop marketing strategies. Abhilasha also held senior positions in PR and Internal Communications at Philips Consumer Lifestyle and Mercer. Furthermore, they have experience in corporate communications and client management at 20:20 MEDIA. Abhilasha Padhy completed a BA in English at St. Stephen's College in Delhi from 1997 to 2000. Abhilasha then pursued a PG Diploma in Communications Management with specialization in Public Relations at the Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication from 2000 to 2002. During their time at Symbiosis, they studied marketing, advertising, PR and corporate communication, print and broadcast journalism, and video production.
