Don Kiel

Don Kiel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Don began their career at ERIS - Environmental Risk Information Services in 2016 as a Historical Research Associate and has continued in this role until the present. In 2010, Don joined 80/20 and has since held various positions including Panel Shop CNC Programmer, Extrusion Processing Team Leader, Process Quality Assurance Trainer, Learning and Development Team Leader, Learning and Development Supervisor, Process Quality Engineer, Production Project Leader, Strategic Project Supervisor, and currently serves as the Project Team Manager.

Don Kiel completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast. Don attended the college from 2019 to 2021.
