Megan Tinkey-Gow

Megan Tinkey-Gow has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Megan started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in 2012 and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant Teacher at Lakeland Learning Center. Megan then transitioned to a role in Accounts Payable at Emergency Radio Service, Inc. (ERS-OCI Wireless) from 2016 to 2017. Megan then joined Group DEKKO as a Human Resources Assistant from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they worked at Electric Motors & Specialties as a Human Resources employee for a few months before moving on to become a Human Resources Generalist at 80/20 Inc., where they currently work.

Megan Tinkey-Gow obtained their Associate of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Fort Wayne, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.
