Matt Varughese is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the no-code development and digital agency sectors. As Partner and CEO of 8020, a premier Webflow Enterprise agency in the Tiny family, Matt drives innovative web solutions from offices in Vancouver and Oklahoma City. In addition, Matt founded Websterpeace, an agile agency collaborating with brands such as Chance the Rapper and Lyft. As Co-Founder of Visual Dev School, Matt is committed to educating individuals on software development without coding. Matt co-hosts The Visual Developers Podcast, exploring no-code topics and interviewing industry leaders. Prior experience includes a role at Nike as a sales associate, where exceptional customer service and product knowledge were key responsibilities. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
